Returns

If you are not happy with your item you may return it within fourteen days.

All returned goods should be in perfect condition, in their original packaging (including dustbag or storage box*) and must be accompanied by the note that came with the delivery of your goods. Please ensure the details on the reverse of the delivery note are completed.

Before returning any product, please remember to ask us for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation number). Email us at assistant@anyahindmarch.com to receive your RMA number, indicating the reason why you are returning the goods. Providing an RMA number has been obtained and the product is returned in perfect condition, you will receive a refund. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

We are happy to accept returns for Sale items.

Please note that products that have been made to order from the Bespoke Collection can only be returned if they are found to be damaged or faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check, returned items must also be security tagged.

We are happy to accept exchanges of sale items during the sale period.

Items purchased online may not be exchanged in our shops.

Repairs

We will accept and undertake repairs free of charge for all faulty bags up to 12 months old.  If your bag needs repairing due to wear and tear or is more than 12 months old, repairs will be charged for.  We will provide a quotation for your approval before proceeding with any repair work. Please email info@anyahindmarch.com with any repair queries.
