We deliver to a number of countries around the world, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs. 

All orders are via DHL and are delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and require a signature; if the recipient is not available the item may be held by DHL. 

Same day orders are available in central London if placed before 2pm Monday through Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and require a signature; if the recipient is not available the item will be dispatched the next following day via our standard service.  Please note this service charge is not refundable in the event of an “undelivered” order.

Our delivery charges are calculated according to the size, weight and destination of the order.  Orders in the UK, Europe & USA will take 3-5 working days to arrive whilst international orders can take up to 7 working days.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where you may experience a slight delay due to the increase in order volumes. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Anya Hindmarch are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

 

Customs and Duties

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU).
