Returns

We are happy to accept returns including Sale items within 14 days.

Unfortunately personalised bespoke products cannot be returned. 

Items purchased online can be returned via post, or for customers in the UK and US to Anya Hindmarch standalone stores. Items can be exchanged in store, or dropped off in store for free returns. Stores are unable to issue refunds on-site, refunds will be processed by the Anya Hindmarch Web Team within two business days.


Before returning any product, you must ask us for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Email info@anyahindmarch.com to receive your RMA number, indicating the reason why you are returning the goods. Providing an RMA number has been obtained and the product is returned in original condition, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. However, the cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

All returned goods should be in perfect condition, in their original packaging (including dustbag, with the exception of our canvas or nylon products which do not come with a dust bag) and must be accompanied by the note that came with the delivery of your goods. The details on the reverse of the delivery note must be completed.

Many items are security tagged, this security tag must be intact for the return to be accepted.
Please note that products that have been made to order from the Bespoke Collection can only be returned if they are found to be damaged or faulty.
