Delivery Information
Depending on the delivery address, deliveries will take between 1 and 3 days, excluding Bespoke Ebury and Be a Bag. UK & Europe orders will be delivered the next day where possible except those prodcuts ordered on Friday which will be delivered on the following Monday, USA & rest of the world will be 2 to 3 days. A same day delivery service is available at extra cost for those customers requiring delivery in London postcodes EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, SE1, N1, NW1, W1, W2, SW1, SW3, SW7, SW8. All parcels on this service will arrive by 5.30pm. Please note that because we use carriers to deliver your products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please allow up to 12 -14 weeks for Bespoke Ebury and Be a Bag orders. Both products are made to order to your specific requirements and delivery estimates reflect factory lead times.
If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, then DHL will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery. If re-delivery is attempted without success on two further occasions, the goods will be returned to the Anya Hindmarch Head Office.
When you order online, you will be asked to enter the country of delivery. After this, we will calculate the delivery charge appropriate to your destination. International delivery is available worldwide. For a quick guide, please see table below. Please note these are guide prices only.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns
Anya Hindmarch Ltd is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as it is returned in an unused condition, within 14 days of receipt. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number by emailing your request to info@anyahindmarch.com. Please indicate in your email the reason why the goods are being returned. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse. All items over 200 pounds are security tagged, the security tag must be intact for the return to be accepted. Please note sale items cannot be returned.
*Please note that Products that have been made to order such as Be a Bag and Bespoke Ebury can only be returned if they are found to be damaged or faulty.

Providing an RMA number has been obtained and the product is returned in perfect condition within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. However the cost of returning the product is your responsibility.
This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.
Products bought via the website can be returned to our stores (excluding stockists or concessions) for a full refund or an exchange can be made if returned within the 14 days. Please note that ONLY goods bought from our website can be returned for a full refund. Different terms and conditions apply to goods purchased directly from our high street stores.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check and also if the item is security tagged.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU).
Refunds
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all European Union (EU) country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the EU.
