Bespoke Ebury Inscription Information

The embossing of the givers hand-written inscription is a delicate process carried out by skilled engravers, there is a choice of having both sides inscribed in either silver or gold lettering . Also embossed inside is the name of the person for whom it has been individually created, along with her own unique number. Inscriptions

You can inscribe your own message or pet name on this product up to a maximum of 24 characters (including spaces)to create a gift to be treasured. The font used is BODONI CAPITALS. To use this service buy the item in the normal way, then Checkout and type your message by pressing the 'Inscription' tab in 'Your order summary'. Your chosen message will then be hand embossed onto the finished item for a cost of £50. Please allow 5-7 working days within the UK and 10-14 working days for the Rest of the World.

Delivery information

Delivery Information

Depending on the delivery address, deliveries will take between 1 and 3 days, excluding Bespoke Ebury and Be a Bag. UK & Europe orders will be delivered the next day where possible except those products ordered on Friday which will be delivered on the following Monday, USA & rest of the world will be 2 to 3 days. A same day delivery service is available at extra cost for those customers requiring delivery in London postcodes EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, SE1, N1, NW1, W1, W2, SW1, SW3, SW7, SW8. All parcels on this service will arrive by 5.30pm. Please note that because we use carriers to deliver your products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, service not available at weekends.

Please allow up to 12 -14 weeks for Bespoke Ebury orders and 8 - 10 weeks for Be a Bag orders. Both products are made to order to your specific requirements and delivery estimates reflect factory lead times.

If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, then DHL will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery. If re-delivery is attempted without success on two further occasions, the goods will be returned to the Anya Hindmarch Head Office.

When you order online, you will be asked to enter the country of delivery. After this, we will calculate the delivery charge appropriate to your destination. International delivery is available worldwide. For a quick guide, please see table below. Please note these are guide prices only, prices will vary depending on size.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Anya Hindmarch Ltd is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as it is returned in an unused condition, within 14 days of receipt. Items purchased on-line or via mail order may not be returned to our shops. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number by emailing your request to info@anyahindmarch.com. Please indicate in your email the reason why the goods are being returned. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse. All items over 200 pounds are security tagged, the security tag must be intact for the return to be accepted.

*Please note that Products that have been made to order such as Be a Bag and Bespoke Ebury can only be returned if they are found to be damaged or faulty.

Providing an RMA number has been obtained and the product is returned in perfect condition within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. However the cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.

Products bought via the website can be returned to our stores (excluding stockists or concessions) for a full refund or an exchange can be made if returned within the 14 days. Please note that ONLY goods bought from our website can be returned for a full refund. Different terms and conditions apply to goods purchased directly from our high street stores.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be within 30 days of the date of purchase. We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check and also if the item is security tagged.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU).

Refunds

Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all European Union (EU) country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the EU.

Bespoke Ebury Service

As part of the Bespoke Ebury service a signed letter from Anya describing the bag is always sent to the recipient in a presentation box whilst the bag is being made. It is possible to remove this option in the checkout if necessary.

Your Bespoke Ebury will arrive in it’s own chic, hand tooled box featuring the recipient’s name and own unique number. Inside, layers of tissue paper ensure THE BESPOKE EBURY is protected, whilst the stripy, old-fashioned ticking dustbag will keep it in pristine condition. Included is a small drawstring bag of the same material, containing two replacement tassels. To conclude the package is an optional shoulder strap and a registration card to complete and return. The arrival of The Bespoke Ebury is nearly as exciting for us as it will be for you
