Anya Hindmarch Plain Loose Pocket purses can be embossed with up to 20 characters at an additional cost of £25, for that extra special touch.
To add embossing to your gift, simply click Buy, then click Checkout Now and click on the add/update embossing under Embossing at the top of Your Order Summary and then follow the steps as outlined.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item you may return it within fourteen days.

All returned goods should be in perfect condition, in their original packaging (including dustbag or box*) and must be accompanied by the note that came with the delivery of your goods. Please ensure the details on the reverse of the delivery note are completed.

Before returning any product, please remember to ask us for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation number). Email us at info@anyahindmarch.com to receive your RMA number, indicating the reason why you are returning the goods. Providing an RMA number has been obtained and the product is returned in perfect condition, you will receive a refund. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

We are happy to accept returns for Sale items.

Please note that products that have been made to order from the Bespoke Collection can only be returned if they are found to be damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all European Union (EU) country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the EU.

As part of the Bespoke Ebury service a signed letter from Anya describing the bag is always sent to the recipient in a presentation box whilst the bag is being made.  It is possible to remove this option in the checkout if necessary.

Your Bespoke Ebury will arrive in it’s own chic, hand tooled box featuring the recipient’s name and own unique number.  Inside, layers of tissue paper ensure THE BESPOKE EBURY is protected, whilst the stripy, old-fashioned ticking dustbag will keep it in pristine condition.
