Anya Hindmarch offers a variety of items which can be embossed with up to 3 initials at an additional cost of £25* for that extra special touch.

To add embossing to your gift, simply click Buy, then click Checkout Now and click on the add/update embossing under Embossing at the top of Your Order Summary and then follow the steps as outlined.

Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery of embossed items, however if your deadline is sooner please call our customer services team on +44 (0) 207 501 0177 and we will try to meet your requirements.

*This will cover most normal length embossing of up to 3 initials , however we reserve the right to charge more then this amount should customer requirements merit it.

Christmas Last Order Dates and Delivery:

UK and Europe: Monday 22nd December

USA/ROW: Friday 19th December

Please note orders placed on the 24th December will not be dispatched until the 2nd January 2009 

Delivery Information

U.K deliveries will take between 1 and 3 days, excluding Bespoke Ebury and Be a Bag.  UK & Europe orders will be delivered the next day where possible except those products ordered on Friday which will be delivered on the following Monday, USA & rest of the world will be 2 to 3 days. A same day delivery service is available at extra cost for those customers requiring delivery in London postcodes EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, SE1, N1, NW1, W1, W2, SW1, SW3, SW7, SW8. All parcels on this service will arrive by 5.30pm. Please note that because we use carriers to deliver your products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, service not available at weekends.

Please allow up to 12 -14 weeks for Bespoke Ebury orders and 8 - 10 weeks for Be a Bag orders.  The Christmas delivery date for both these products has now passed however do call our customer care team on +44 20 7501 0177 and we will do our best to accomodate you. Both products are made to order to your specific requirements and delivery estimates reflect factory lead times.

If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, then DHL will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery. If re-delivery is attempted without success on two further occasions, the goods will be returned to the Anya Hindmarch Head Office.

When you order online, you will be asked to enter the country of delivery. After this, we will calculate the delivery charge appropriate to your destination. International delivery is available worldwide. For a quick guide, please see table below. Please note these are guide prices only, prices will vary depending on size.

Returns

Over the festive season we are happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* until 14th January, as long as it is returned in an unused condition.  Items purchased on-line or via mail order may not be returned to our shops.  Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number by emailing your request to info@anyahindmarch.com. Please indicate in your email the reason why the goods are being returned. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse. All items over 200 pounds are security tagged, the security tag must be intact for the return to be accepted.

*Please note that Products that have been made to order such as Be a Bag and Bespoke Ebury can only be returned if they are found to be damaged or faulty.

Providing an RMA number has been obtained and the product is returned in perfect condition within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. However the cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.

Products bought via the website can be returned to our stores (excluding stockists or concessions) for a full refund or an exchange can be made if returned within the 14 days. Please note that ONLY goods bought from our website can be returned for a full refund. Different terms and conditions apply to goods purchased directly from our high street stores.

Repairs

Repairs will be accepted and undertaken free of charge for all faulty bags up to 12 months old.  If your bag needs repairing due to wear and tear or is more than 12 months old repairs will be charged for.  We will of course provide a quotation for approval before proceeding with any repair work.  

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be within 30 days of the date of purchase. We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check and also if the item is security tagged.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU).

Refunds

Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all European Union (EU) country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the EU.

As part of the Bespoke Ebury service a signed letter from Anya describing the bag is always sent to the recipient in a presentation box whilst the bag is being made.  It is possible to remove this option in the checkout if necessary.

Your Bespoke Ebury will arrive in it’s own chic, hand tooled box featuring the recipient’s name and own unique number.  Inside, layers of tissue paper ensure THE BESPOKE EBURY is protected, whilst the stripy, old-fashioned ticking dustbag will keep it in pristine condition. Included is a small drawstring bag of the same material, containing two replacement tassels. To conclude the package is an optional shoulder strap and a registration card to complete and return.
