Your One To One Consultation
1 You may reach our team view email to secure a date and time which best suits you to visit our Bespoke Store, or, alternatively arrange a video call, for those of you who are unable to find your way to us.
2 We’ll deliver you a brief (and, we promise, straightforward…) questionnaire to compile your recipients and any relevant gifting details.
3 Our ever-attentive experts will compile a collection of suggestions, musings and present ideas, just for you.
4 You will arrive for your consultation, be greeted with a cup of freshly brewed tea, or – depending on the hour – a glass of something a little stronger, and we’ll take you through our ideas.
5 Present by present, our team will finalise all the little details – from handwriting and drawings to photos and other little additions, ensuring you are delighted with your creations.
6 Then it’s over to our craftspeople, the selection of presents will be carefully made at our workshop, our team on hand to coordinate everything.
7 All that remains is for you to collect your beautifully wrapped pieces ready to tuck under the tree and, though we say so ourselves, make everyone’s perfect festive season.
