Universal Bag Delivery:

Please note that Universal Bag orders will be dispatched after the UK Easter Bank Holiday weekend (Tuesday 7th April).

All orders will be shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) service. Please note you will be responsible for any additional charges at customs, including VAT and import taxes.

Your order will be shipped from the UK with DPD who will send you a copy of your tracking. Once dispatched, please allow 5-15 working days for delivery.

We’ve worked with our shipping partners to arrange the fastest delivery possible, but we’re expecting high demand so if you don’t receive your order as quickly as you’d like, we apologise and promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Please note that our Universal Bags have a set price and are excluded from free delivery promos.

All orders are shipped via DHL tracked service.

Universal Bags are shipped with DPD.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched within 48 hours.

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.

For most destinations, these are included in your order total (DDP).

Where not included, charges are payable on delivery.

Additional Information

  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions depending on destination
  • Orders may be fulfilled from the UK or Italy
  • Delivery options cannot be amended after purchase; however, you may be able to update your delivery preferences via DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) using your tracking number
