Potato Printing With Sally Muir

29th April

Award-winning dog portrait painter Sally Muir is known for her A Dog A Day series and book, and her work regularly appears in galleries. Join her for a relaxed workshop where you will carve your own potato stencil from a photograph of your dog (don’t forget to bring one along) and produce some unique designs to take away on the day.

£40 for 1 hour, all tools provided. Please note, due to sharp tools being used, this workshop is only suitable for adults.

Dog Caricatures With Caricature Chris

6th & 7th May

Chris Burke is an award-winning illustrator, caricaturist and cartoonist. His work has been published in The Times, Financial Times, The Guardian and Vogue, and appears in collections including the Victoria & Albert Museum. He’ll capture you together with your pup in colour or black and white, as you choose, and you’ll have an A4 piece to take away on the day.

£30 for 30 minutes.

Portrait and reportage photographer Rhian Ap Gruffydd specialises in capturing dogs in her trademark style. She has immortalised the dogs of names such as Cate Blanchett and David Walliams.

£195 for 45 minutes, includes a 30x30cm print and a digital version, too.

A Happiness M.O.T For Your Dog With Louise Glazebrook

Louise Glazebrook is one of the UK’s leading dog behaviourists and trainers, and a TV presenter and author. Her methods are based on enriching your dog’s life, using systems that have formed the basis of her bestselling book, The Book Your Dog Wishes You Would Read. Join her for a tailored session in which she will go through your dog’s lifestyle and routines, ironing our any areas that you feel need improving, to make sure your dog is living their best life with you.

£300 for 90 minutes. Session is for one dog only, not suitable for dogs with aggression or reactivity issues.

Join her for a group session in which she will discuss the areas to focus on, how to select a breed, and more. If you are thinking of taking on a puppy or rescue dog, this is for you. Please note this session is for humans and we cannot accommodate dogs.

Wild At Heart Foundation aims to end the suffering of stray dogs around the world, and believe that every rescue dog deserves the chance to live a healthy, happy life. Its founder, Nikki Tibbles, will discuss the foundation, dog rescue globally and how we can all support.

In this two-hour workshop for children and their caregivers, you will learn about the ways in which dogs connect with us and the importance of taking the time to understand their emotions. Hosted by Rachel Hudson, Education Campaign Manager of Wild At Heart Foundation, the session will include real-life stories of dogs who have been rescued. You will also explore the ways that dogs are wonderful for our own wellbeing, the fantastic things that they do for us and the value of spreading kindness in our lives.

£40 for 120 minutes. Suitable for children aged around 7 to 11. Each booking includes one child and their
parent/guardian/caregiver.

Booking is compulsory for A Happiness MOT for Your Dog and Choosing The Right Dog For Your Family. For all other events it is highly recommended, with payment taken at time of booking. However, we do accept walk-ins depending on availability. We cannot accommodate dogs at the Choosing The Right Dog For Your Family and Potato Printing With Sally Muir sessions. Please also review specific terms and conditions for individual events on the booking pages. We ask guests to arrive on time for their appointment in order to have the best experience. As a courtesy to all our guests we will adhere to a prompt appointment schedule and late arrivals may not be honoured. If you are going to be late, please call us on 020 4529 0929. If you are more than five minutes late, we may have to shorten the appointment length in consideration of the next guests, and if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your booking, availability permitting. If we are unable to reschedule, you will lose your payment. Unfortunately, if you miss your timed session, we are unable to rearrange it and no refund will be given. We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy to accommodate the high demand of appointments. If you need to reschedule, please contact us to cancel your appointment so you can re-book.
