Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Anya Hindmarch is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Orders to the UK are dispatched with DHL and will take 3-5 business days for standard delivery and 1-2 business days for express delivery. Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by the courier so that you can rearrange delivery. If you would prefer not to sign the scanner or paper upon delivery, the courier may leave the shipment and enter a full name as proof of delivery. Please note that there may be a slight delay during the sale period.

Express delivery when ordering before midday: £8
Express delivery is available on mainline items only and not bespoke and personalised items. Stated lead times will still apply to bespoke and personalised items even if express delivery is selected at checkout. Please note once you have completed your order you will not be able to amend your delivery type.
Delivery within Europe (excluding UK) costs £20.
Delivery to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, mainland China, Hong Kong SAR of China, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, North Korea and Thailand costs £55 and is subject to duties and taxes, see below.
Delivery to Rest of The World costs £30 and is subject to duties and taxes, see below.
Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will take 3-5 business days, while deliveries to other international countries will take up to 7 business days.
Bespoke delivery times are shown on the individual product page. Any delivery dates or order deadlines shown on the Anya Hindmarch website are only a guide to help you receive your Bespoke purchases on time. Please consider local public holidays or delivery restrictions that may impact your delivery time.
Deliveries to the EU are going ahead as planned, although may be subject to delay. Please be assured that prices will not change and all orders are sent Delivery Duty Paid to the EU and Internationally. For new information on EU returns, please visit our returns page here.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives with you.
Taxes & Duties
If you are ordering for delivery outside the EU, we will remove VAT from the price automatically. We also provide a delivery duty paid (DDP) service for the following countries. This means all relevant local taxes and duties will be included in your order total, shown as a separate line.
