How to return an Item
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return, please bring the return our stores on Sloane Street, or Pont Street, London, or ensure your parcel is posted – recorded –within 14 days. Returns after 14 days are not permitted. Please ensure items are returned in original condition with all packaging included (labels/boxes/dust bags). If an item is not returned in original condition, you will be contacted by customer service and the item returned to you.
Please note, the cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
In our efforts to become paperless we have not included a returns form with your order – please note your order number within the package or on the outer carton, without an order number your refund may be subject to delay.
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt, via the original payment method.

For returns from Europe please contact our team on firstname.lastname@example.org, who will provide you with an RMA number.
An important note on customs charges: For international returns, or if you are based in the EU and we advise you to return to the UK, please ensure parcels are marked as ‘Returned Goods’ in order to avoid customs charges and VAT when goods are returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or import VAT incurred when returning item. If goods are held by UK customs due to shipment errors it will not be possible for us to process a refund.
Extended Christmas returns policy 2023: Our extended Christmas returns period applies to orders placed between November 1st and 22nd December. Any purchases made online between these dates can be returned up until 15th January 2024.
Return terms and conditions
You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service. Please make sure the item you are returning is in original condition with all packaging included (labels/boxes/dust bags).
Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalised or made to order products.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges, if you would like to exchange an item in your order, please return your original item and place a new order online.
This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.

We guarantee a complimentary repair service for 12 months after purchase. After this time, we offer repairs indefinitely, subject to an agreed quote, however, please note this is dependent on availability of materials and hardware. Please contact us to discuss your repair. Repairs will only be accepted after a prior inspection.
If you have an item that requires a repair, then please email email@example.com including detailed images of the damaged area and a valid proof of purchase. Our repair team will assess the item and advise you on how to proceed.
Please note that we do not cover any of the shipping costs incurred when sending your item to our repairs workshop.
Repairs may take up to 8 weeks, we will return your repaired products to you as soon as possible.
