Returns Policy

Update: Purchases made online from March 1st 2020 may be returned within 30 days of the return request.

If you decide not to keep an item you ordered online you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery. You will have a further 14 days from the submission date of your RMA to return the goods. Please email us at to request a Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA) number as you will need to include this with your return.

In our efforts to become paperless, we have not included a returns form with your order. Please help us by kindly noting your RMA code on the provided invoice or on the outside of your carton and we will process your return as soon as possible. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without this RMA number.

Please make sure the item you are returning is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including the dustbag or presentation box.

Please note that we can’t accept returns on iPhone cases after they have been customised. This includes attaching D-rings or stickers.

Please note we can only accept returns on bespoke products if they are faulty or were damaged upon arrival.

You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service.

If you would like to exchange an item in your order, please return your original item and place a new order online.

You can also return your item to any of our stand alone London stores where it will be transferred to our Head Office to be processed. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund in store.

This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.

We offer a complimentary repair service for 12 months after purchase, and up to 24 months after purchase for an agreed quote.

If you have an item that requires a repair, then please email including detailed images of the damaged area and a valid proof of purchase. Our repair team will then assess the item and advise you on how to proceed.

Please note that we do not cover any of the shipping costs incurred when sending your item to our repairs workshop.

Repairs can take 6 - 8 weeks, but we will try our best to get your products back to you as soon as possible.
