If you decide not to keep an item you ordered online you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. You will have a further 14 days from the submission date of your RMA to return the goods. Please vist our Request a Return page to request a Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA) number as you will need to include this with your return. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without this RMA number.
Please make sure the item you are returning is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including the dustbag or presentation box.
For Candles please note, we can only accept returns in the original unopened packaging.
Please note that we can’t accept returns on iPhone cases after they have been customised. This includes attaching D-rings or stickers.
All returns should be accompanied by the original invoice and the returns section on the reverse of the delivery note must be completed.
Please note we can only accept returns on bespoke products if they are faulty or were damaged upon arrival.
You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a trusted recorded delivery service.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.

You can also return your item to one of our stand alone London stores where it will be transferred to our Head Office to be processed. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund in store.
This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.

We offer a complimentary repair service for 12 months from the day you purchased your product.
If you have had your product for more than 12 months then we will assess the work that’s required. If we are able to repair the item we will send you a quote.
Please note that we will require valid proof of purchase before we proceed with any repair.
If you have an item that requires a repair then please email firstname.lastname@example.org including detailed images of the damaged area. Our repair team will then assess the work that’s required and advise you on how to proceed.
Repairs can take 6 - 8 weeks, but we will try our best to get your products back to you as soon as possible.
