Let us take you on a magical expedition with Father Christmas this festive season. Find your way through moonlit forests and crunchy snow – all in the heart of Chelsea at Anya’s Village. Discover our immersive grotto experience and enjoy a story read by Father Christmas himself.

Anya’s Grotto will be welcoming children of all ages (recommended for ages 2-8) from 14 November to 24 December, tickets are priced at £45 for 1 adult and 1 child (you may add additional adults and children for £35 per person). This 30-minute experience must be booked in advance and includes a gift for children. There will be 8 guests per time slot, however, due to popular demand availability may vary. Sessions will begin promptly, so please ensure you arrive in good time. All available slots can be found on our booking site, these will be updated instantly should we have any cancellations.

Please arrive 5mins before your session time to allow for check-in. Please note this is a performance experience and sessions will start promptly on the hour. We will do our best to admit latecomers at an appropriate moment but you may miss some of the experience if you do not arrive on time. Unfortunately, we are unable to alter start times to allow for late arrivals.

Tickets must be booked online in advance. When you book, you are selecting a time slot to visit Anya’s Grotto and Father Christmas. Each time slot will start promptly on the hour at your booked time and will last for up to 30 minutes. There is a limit of 9 people per slot. Children must be accompanied by an adult and any additional adults will be charged at £35 each. Babies in arms do not need a ticket but will not receive a gift from Father Christmas.

Ticket prices are exclusive of booking and transaction fees. The ticket price for children includes a gift from Father Christmas. You may take your own photos.

Anya’s Grotto is suitable for children of all ages however we recommend children aged 2-8 years. A child is up to 16 years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult and any additional adults will be charged at £35 each. Adults must be accompanied by a child. Single adults will not be admitted.

Tickets purchased are only valid for the date and timed session for which they were booked. If you miss your timed session for Anya’s Grotto, we are unable to rearrange this and no refund will be given. 

Once your booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. You will receive one QR code per person. Please have this confirmation and QR code ready to show when you check-in. The cancellation period is 72 hours prior to your booked slot.
